Media Guidelines and Registration

All journalists covering the 32nd Asian Racing Conference Tokyo must complete the Media Application prior to the event. Media Application must accompany a copy of the valid company identification. Once you have received Media Accreditation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a link to register for the conference via ARC official web-site. Please complete the on-line registration so that we know of your travel schedule and events you wish to participate.

Media Identification will be provided to the registered journalists. This must be worn at all times for all events of the conference. All journalists must follow instructions by the 32nd ARC officials during the conference.

A copy of the coverage/publication must be submitted to the 32nd ARC Conference Secretariat immediately after its publication.

Media Package

• Complimentary registration for the 32nd Asian Racing Conference including congress bag.
• Limousine Bus transportation for your arrival and departure between Narita International Airport and Hotel New Otani.
• Access to all conference sessions and exhibitor’s booths.
• Invitation to all official programs and events, except for the accompanying persons programs.
• Invitation to the Hokkaido Breeding Establishments Tour at your own cost.
• Free use of the facilities in the Media Center.
