Exhibition Outline

Dates: 10-13 November, 2008
Venue: Hotel New Otani, Tokyo Japan
Exhibitor’s Criteria: Product, Service and / or Media company or organization which is related to horseracing
Number of available booths: 30 booths (first come first served)
Price: ¥367,500 (approximately US $3,000) including tax
With the purchase of a booth, your company receives one complementary conference registration (including admission to conference session and to official events) and eligible to purchase one accompanying person’s registration at set cost.
Application to exhibit:
  1. Please complete the application form duly signed and send it to the Secretariat by email or fax.
  2. The deadline for the application is Monday, 30 June, 2008; however, we may close the application before the deadline in case all booths are sold out.
  3. Terms and conditions of exhibiting is included in this Prospectus. Please note that signature of the exhibitor order form and contract indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions.
